The Influence of Material Mastery and Tutor Discipline on Student Satisfaction at Primagama

This study aims to analyze the effect of material mastery and tutor discipline on student satisfaction at Primagama. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The research sample consisted of 50 students selected through simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that material mastery and tutor discipline significantly had a positive effect on student satisfaction. The regression coefficient for material mastery was 0.214 and for tutor discipline was 0.270, with a p value <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.550 indicates that 55% of the variation in student satisfaction can be explained by material mastery and tutor discipline. This study concludes that increasing material mastery and tutor discipline can be an effective strategy to increase student satisfaction at Primagama.
